Summary

Due for completion in Spring 2010, this high specification boat will be built to the superior standard we have come to expect from Bourne Boats. In addition to the standard spec., the buyer has the opportunity to include a number of options, giving much of the benefit of having a bespoke boat built but at a standard price. Access to the boat from the rear is through doors with large slide on rollers over the engine. This is neatly enclosed but allows easy access. Further steps lead into the bedroom with fixed double bed with ample storage space. A door leads to the walk-through bathroom with quadrant shower cubicle and Vetus electric toilet with remote holding tank. A further door leads to the galley, with space for washing machine, fitted out with bespoke cabinets in maple. Equipment includes gas hob and fitted oven and 12V full-sized fridge. The saloon is stylishly fitted with L-shaped leather settee which will convert to a second double. Ample storage space is provided along with a bespoke folding table and fitted 12V HD-ready TV. A tiled hearth contains a Multifuel stove and heating is also provided throughout the boat through radiators supplied by diesel boiler. The boat is lined out in 12mm maple-faced boards with solid maple trim complemented by chrome light fittings. 12 & 230V chrome sockets are provided throughout the boat, the latter supplied by either landline or Victron Combi inverter/charger. A 230V Travelpower alternator is also included. The boat will not fail to impress and a similar demonstrator can be viewed at Aqueduct Marina.

Shell construction

10,6,5,4 steel trad-style shell. “Easy slide” hatch cover. Side doors & Houdini hatch options available.  Harwood cratch panels and covers available as options.

Engine / Gearbox

Beta 38 engine with PRM150 hydraulic gearbox. Easily accessible by removable panels.

Style / Layout

From rear deck, steps over the engine with cupboards either side lead to the bedroom with fixed double bed and storage cupboards/wardrobes. Under-bed storage drawers. Saloon with TV cabinet with fitted flat screen TV. L-shaped settee with leather seats and back, convertible to second double. Bespoke folding table.
Floored in extra-thick 24mm birch marine ply. Amtico or Kardine flooring as options. Panelled in 12mm maple-faced boards (thicker than normal 6/9mm).

heating

Solid fuel stove in tiled hearth. Eberspacher diesel central heating supplying contemporary rads and chromed towel rails. Twin-coil calorifer under bed.

Electrical systems

4+1 batteries supplied by twin alternators. Stylish bespoke switch panels.  Victron MultiPlus 2000W PSW inverter / charger. Travelpower 230V alternator included. Washing machine / dryer available as an option. 12V Waeco full-size fridge.  12 & 230V sockets throughout. Chrome wall lights and downlighters throughout. Landline & galvanic isolator.

Plumbing systems

Large capacity integral water tank.  Walk-through bathroom with with fully tiled quadrant shower enclosure. Vetus remote tank pumpout toilet. Vanity unit with inset basin.

Additional information

Well above average finish with quality materials (e.g. 12mm panels to hull and cabin sides). Many options can be selected effectively making this a bespoke boat at a ready-built price.
