We found the energy and friendliness exceptional – from young James’ enthusiasm to Chris’ all-round knowledge – and nothing was too much trouble. We even received photographs of Lyla B’s trabnsition to the hard standing for a hull inspection and a detailed working knowledge of her finer workings. Indeed all the staff have displayed the same friendly and supportive nature, helping out whenever needed. Add to this the Galley restaurant and you have the final piece of an excellent jigsaw.
