Summary

Built by Ashley Pinder with fitout by Devizes Narrowboats, Percy benefits from a complete professional repaint in June 2008. From the semi-trad deck with tonneau cover, steps lead down to the bedroom with fixed double bed a full-height wardrobe. Additional storage is provided under the bed with a cupboard over. A corridor leads past the separate bathroom which contains a mini-bath with shower over, vanity unit with inset basin and Thetford C200 cassette toilet. Forward of the bathroom is the galley with L-shaped bespoke units holding an oven/grill with 4-ring hob over together with a full-size 12V fridge. Additional storage is provided by cupboards and drawers opposite. The galley opens into the saloon with a multifuel stove set in a tiled surround. The open-plan saloon contains a good quality sofa bed which converts to a double. A corner storage cupboard adjacent to the galley holds a Kenwood CD/radio along with a LPG gas alarm and Maxview aerial booster. Steps lead up to the front welldeck through hardwood doors with a pair of corner cupboards either side. The boat is lined in light oak panels with laminate floors throughout.  The boat is powered by a CB Marine BMC 1.8L 30hp engine with PRM hydraulic gearbox. 12 & 230V power is provided throughout the boat with the latter supplied through a Mastervolt Inverter/charger.
Percy is being sold complete with cutlery/crockery/pans etc and is ready to cruise.
